Law enforcement sources say Billy Bob Thornton's son is at the center of a sex crime criminal investigation, the alleged victim of "unlawful sex."

Billy Bob's son Willie Thornton, age 14, was dating a 22-year-old woman. Her ex-boyfriend apparently became jealous and called the Los Angeles police department, telling them his former girlfriend was having sex with a minor.

Law enforcement sources say there is an "active investigation" into the crime of "unlawful sex", meaning an adult having sex with someone under 18. Sources say Willie Thornton is cooperating with the sex crimes unit, and the police have interviewed Billy Bob.

Jimi Hendrix Sex Tape Found - Watch TheTrailer

In light of the recent string of sex tapes of Hollywood's young stars, Vivid Entertainment plans to release what it says is a sex tape of a famous rock star Jimi Hendrix.

The porno movie shows a naked man who looks like Hendrix, the guitar prodigy who died in 1970, having sex with two brunettes in a poorly lit bedroom. His full face appears on camera for only a few seconds, with his eyes closed. In other sections there are flashes of his profile. The film has no audio.

Annie Leibovitz Apologizes For Miley Cyrus Photos

Renowned photographer Annie Leibovitz is speaking out for the first time about her controversial, semi-topless Miley Cyrus photos she shot for Vanity Fair.

"I'm sorry that my portrait of Miley has been misinterpreted," she said in a statement. "Miley and I looked at fashion photographs together, and we discussed the picture in that context before we shot it.

"The photograph is a simple, classic portrait, shot with very little makeup, and I think it is very beautiful."

This is the first public statement from Leibovitz since the fiasco began.

The 15-year-old Miley Cyrus has also issued a statement saying she was "embarrassed" over the photos and apologized to her fans.

The Disney Channel claims the magazine "manipulated" her, but a Vanity Fair representative says, "Miley's parents and management were on the set all day. Since the photo was taken digitally, they saw it on the shoot and everyone thought it was a beautiful and natural portrait of Miley."

So there you have it, Miley Cyrus has spoken out, Disney has spoken out, Vanity Fair has spoken out, Annie Leibovitz has spoken out, the Christian right has spoken out. There is now officially nobody else that should have anything to say, and we can all get on with our lives. This news cycle should be over, unless…. Miley Cyrus Apologizes For Sexy Pictures And Vanity Fair Photos

In what appears to be a general apology for not only the Vanity Fair debacle, but all the other sexy pictures that are floating around the internet, Miley Cyrus has issued a statement:

Speaking about the sexy photos on the Internet, Cyrus said these were "silly, inappropriate shots" and she was sorry if she had disappointed anyone.

"I appreciate all the support of my fans, and hope they understand that along the way I am going to make mistakes and I am not perfect," she said.

"Most of all, I have let myself down. I will learn from my mistakes and trust my support team. My family and my faith will guide me through my life's journey."

Late last year, some candid photos of Cyrus playing with a female friend during a sleepover raised some eyebrows. She said at the time that there was "nothing wrong" with those photos.

Miley Cyrus Embarrassed Over Semi Nude Topless Vanity Fair Photos

Miley Cyrus, the 15-year-old star of "Hannah Montana," said she is "embarrassed" by an insulting photo spread shot by famous photographer Annie Liebovitz that is scheduled to appear in the next issue of Vanity Fair magazine.

"I took part in a photo shoot that was supposed to be 'artistic' and now, seeing the photographs and reading the story, I feel so embarrassed," she said in a statement released today. "I never intended for any of this to happen and I apologize to my fans who I care so deeply about."

Cyrus, the daughter of country music star Billy Ray Cyrus, is the singing and acting star super celebrity known to her millions of young teenage fans from the Disney Channel series "Hannah Montana."

According to People magazine, Cyrus is clothed in the picture but is shown in such a way that that the she appears to be topless.

The Disney Channel, after learning of the Vanity Fair photo spread and article also issued a statement critical of the magazine.

Miley has previously stated that she has no interest in doing nude photography or acting in movie scenes that would show her naked or in a compromising situation.

Tom Cruise Returns To Oprah Winfrey Show On Risky Business Anniversary

Couch jumping Tom Cruise is slated to return to "The Oprah Winfrey Show," nearly three years after an appearance that generated endless YouTube parodies and jokes,

The two-part show will coincide with the 25th anniversary of Cruise's movie "Risky Business." Ms. Winfrey will interview Cruise from his home in Telluride, Colorado for the first show on May 2, her production company said.

On May 5 he will appear in Oprah's Chicago studio. Cruise became the butt of jokes after a May 2005 appearance on her show where he repeatedly jumped on her couch, saying that his love for his girlfriend, and now wife, Katie Holmes, was "beyond cool."

"Risky Business" premiered in 2003 with a then very young Tom Cruise in the starring role. The film revolved around young Joel who had all the normal teenage fantasies in life - cars, girls, sex and money. When his parents left for a week long vacation, all his fantasies came true.

Cruise has also recently been lampooned about his association with the "Church Of Scientology", and his over-the-top promotional video he did that was leaked to the press. Spewing nonsense and using Church Of Scientologist slang and code words used to describe every aspect of the "people" on the outside of the Church who were not enlightened.

The two part Oprah Winfrey special is scheduled to air on May 2 and May 5, 2008

Jimmy Fallon To Replace Conan O'Brien Next Year

It has been rumored for a long time. When 2009 comes around, Jay Leno's contract with NBC and the Tonight Show will expire. Conan O'Brien has already been slated to replace Leno when Jay exits for early retirement.

It has been reported that NBC is close to announcing that Jimmy Fallon, of famed Saturday Night heritage, will be replacing Conan O'Brien in 2009.

Fallon, who recently married producer Nancy Juvonen, is said to be excited and ready, if not a little scared, about taking Conan's desk. He still has to pick a producer and a band, among other details.

As for Jay Leno, he has lots of options. We think Jay would love to hit the road and do stand-up for the rest of his life. And with all this time on his hands, we suspect there are great things to come from Jay.

Wesley Snipes Sentenced to 36 Months In Jail For Tax Fraud

Celebrity sensation Wesley Snipes was found not guilty of federal tax-fraud and conspiracy charges Friday, but was convicted on three misdemeanor counts of failing to file a tax return.

Snipes had faced up to 16 years in prison if convicted on all charges, but can now only get up to three years. The star and two co-defendants had been indicted in 2006 after Snipes stopped paying, using tax protest arguments long rejected by the courts.

Snipes sat emotionless as his verdict and sentence was read, and then nodded in relief. He refused to talk with reporters after the verdict, and is still liable for millions in taxes likely to be pursued in civil court.

Snipes was sentenced to 36 months in prison - the maximum sentence allowed. He was convicted on three misdemeanor charges for not filing his taxes. During the sentencing, Snipes apologized for his actions, but the judge indicated that a major reason for the maximum penalty was to deter others from trying something similar.

Various celebrities, including Samuel L. Jackson, Denzel Washington and Woody Harrelson, had presented the judge with letters and documentation asking for mercy on their friend.

Actress Megan Fox was named the world's sexiest woman on Wednesday by an annual online poll. Fox, the dark-haired, 21 year old celebrity from the movie "Transformers" has wound up at the top of FHM's sexy list.

Fox jumped ahead of sexy celebrities Scarlett Johansson and Angelina Jolie to receive the number one spot in FHM's 100 Sexiest Women in the World for 2008.

Megan Fox has gradually worked her way up the list in the last couple of years. She initially appeared on the list in 2006 at number 68. In 2007, she moved up three spots to 65. Her swift leap to the top was due largely because of her sexy role in Michael Bay's robot sensation "Transformers," as the romantic love interest to Shia LaBeouf.

Joining Fox on the list's top ten are Jessica Biel, Scarlett Johansson and Hilary Duff. Last year's winner, Jessica Alba, fell to No. 3 on the list. Britney Spears came in at number 100.

According to FHM, readers in their 14th annual top 100 cast nearly 9 million votes. Other actresses considered "sexy" by voters were Lindsay Lohan (16), Cameron Diaz (18), Beyonce Knowles (20), Jennifer Aniston (42), Eva Longoria Parker (59), Fergie (60), Katie Holmes (65), and Paris Hilton (77).

Star Jones Files For Divorce From Al Reynolds

Three years after getting married to banker Al Reynolds in a stunning ceremony that resulted in accusations of a publicity stunt, Star Jones Reynolds has ended her marriage to Al Reynolds.

The 46 year old Court TV personality filed divorce papers March 26, 2008 in New York Supreme Court in Manhattan.

A representative for SHADOW PR, which represents Starr Jones, confirmed to The Associated Press that she is seeking to terminate the nuptials. Rumors have circulated since the marriage that Reynolds was gay, but Jones has never acknowledged that publicly.

In a statement Jones said, "Several years ago I made an error in judgment by inviting the media into the most intimate area of my life. A month ago I filed for divorce.

Jones and Reynolds received condemnation a few years ago for continuously discussing the wedding, and mentioning its sponsors - Yes, the ceremony had a sponsor!

Tom Cruise's 13-year-old son Connor is destined to follow his father's path, making his film introduction in the approaching Will Smith drama "Seven Pounds."

Connor, adopted by Tom Cruise and his previous wife Nicole Kidman, will portray a young teenage version of Smith.

Cruise and Kidman adopted two children during their marriage, Connor and 15-year-old daughter Isabella.

Cruise now has another daughter, two-year-old Suri, with his third wife, Katie Holmes. Kidman is expecting a baby with her country music star husband Keith Urban in July.

Rumors have been circulating for weeks about the on again, off again relationship between gal pals Lindsay Lohan and her friend Sam Ronson. After the leak of their "lesbian love letters" it was assumed the two were deep into a relationship. However, tales of physical and verbal fighting matches between the two recently seemed to indicate the lovebirds might have split.

So it seems that things are back "On" again between the two. We suppose it is just matter of time before torrid photos of the two exposing a green bra and underwear, or kissing in the bathtub are leaked to MySpace or Facebook. Miley Cyrus might have thought of flashing the green bra and underwear thing first, but with a little creativity Lindsay and Sam might be able to pull it off.

Actress Sandra Bullock And Husband Not Injured In Head-On Crash

Actress Sandra Bullock and her husband Jesse James were not injured after a head-on car crash involving a drunken driver, police said Saturday.

Bullock and her husband, Jesse James of televisions fame "Monster Garage," were being driven in a sport-utility vehicle Friday night when a station wagon jumped the centerline and hit their vehicle; reported Gloucester Massachusetts police Lt. Jerry Cook.

Both vehicles were totaled, but no one was injured. The vehicles were traveling 15 to 20 mph, Cook said.

The other car was driven by Lucille Gatchell, who registered a blood-alcohol level of 0.20 percent, more than twice the legal limit of 0.08 percent. She was held by Gloucester police overnight and released Saturday 4/19 on her own recognizance. She is to be arraigned Tuesday in Gloucester District Court.

High School Musical 4 Already In Production

The Disney Channel is reportedly already at work on a fourth sequel to the smash hit "High School Musical" franchise.

Disney is currently in production on a third film in the series, which will be the first to arrive on the big screen.

The fourth film in the series - not yet in production - would likely premiere on television and will most likely feature a new cast, according to information posted in The Hollywood Reporter. No more Zac Efron, Vanessa Anne Hudgens or Ashley Tisdale in the fourth film.

In The Hollywood Reporter, Disney Channel Worldwide president Rich Ross stated "Are we going to have all the cast back? Probably not. Will we have some of them? I hope so."

"High School Musical 3: Senior Year" is set to open in movie theaters on October 24th.

"New York, I Love You" is rounding out its cast with Shia LaBeouf, Julie Christie and Orlando Bloom, who will star in the late Anthony Minghella film. The film takes place in each of the 5 boroughs of New York and centers around a woman who checks into a hotel in between worlds. She meets a young man and the two discover a mysterious connection.

The list of directors includes Natalie Portman, Scarlett Johansson, Brett Ratner and Allen Hughes.

The movie has also attracted Chris Cooper, Anton Yelchin, Kevin Bacon, Hayden Christensen, Rachel Bilson, Ethan Hawke, Robin Wright Penn, Eli Wallach, Natalie Portman and Drea de Matteo.

The collection of movies is being called the "Cities Of Love" and will be a franchise. The first movie was Paris, Je T'aime, and future films will take place in South America and Africa.

Filming for "New York" is about halfway done.

In the Fall release animated feature of "Beverly Hills Chihuahua," Drew Barrymore offers her voice talent as the easy going, California born puppy dog, "Chloe", who ends up lost in Mexico without any of the opulence a celebrity hot-shot 90210 dog is used to.

During her time in Mexico, she becomes friends with a German Shepherd named "Delgado", and a loving Chihuahua named "Papi", voiced by George Lopez, as she fights to find her way home.

The movie, with a September 26 release date, also stars Salma Hayek, Paul Rodriguez, Jamie Lee Curtis, Piper Perabo, Cheech Marin and Edward James Olmos.

The Father Of Cameron Diaz Dies From Sudden Pneumonia…

Actress Cameron Diaz has lost her father, Emilio, in a surprising sudden death.

TMZ has reported that Diaz's father died suddenly early this morning (4/15/08) from complications of the flu, which turned into pneumonia.

Emilio Diaz was 58 years old.

Mr. Diaz was a resident of Seal Beach, California and was liked by all who knew him. The news came as a surprise to Cameron who was working on a movie project when she received the bad news.

Diaz was on the set of "My Sister's Keeper" at the time, and production has been delayed so the actress can tend to her families personal business.

Actress Cate Blanchett Gives Birth to Third Son

Actress Cate Blanchett and her husband, Andrew Upton, 41, are the proud parents of a new baby boy, a spokesman for the Oscar Winner actress confirmed Monday. The baby is the third child for the couple, who already have two sons, Roman Robert, 3 and Dashiell John, 6.

The baby weighed 7.94 pounds. He was born Sunday in a hospital from Sydney, just two days after Blanchett, 38, attended her younger sister's college graduation.

Cate Blanchett gained notoriety with the 1998 film "Elizabeth" in which she starred as Elizabeth I of England. She also had a role in Peter Jackson's "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy. Her Katharine Hepburn role in "The Aviator," directed by Martin Scorsese, gained her the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress.

She will be next seen in "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull," with Harrison Ford and Shia Labeouf, which is due in cinemas on 22 May.

Lindsay Lohan To Go Naked In Independent Movie....

Distressed Hollywood star Lindsay Lohan is planning to appear naked in a low-budget film in an effort to revitalize her slumping career.

The actress is said to have agreed to "go nude" for just $65,000 for the independent movie "Florence" to prove herself as a "mature actress".

The 21-year-old, who earlier portrayed a pole dancer in the box-office dud "I Know Who Killed Me", has supposedly agreed to "full frontal" nudity in her role as a nymphomaniac waitress in the drama.

The actress is no stranger to getting naked - she posed nude for New York magazine in March in a re-creation of Marilyn Monroe's famous 1962 shoot by Bert Stern.
Lindsay has formerly spoken about her fight to find quality acting roles following a hard year which included yet another stint in drug rehabilitation.

She said last month: "Right now I just want to find a great script, a great role.
"I was so used to working and working and working, and for a good few months there was nothing for me to do. Now I know what it's like to be an out-of-work actor, and how much it scares me."

The actress is also working a new music album and she's hoping for big chart success.
In terms of sound, she says: "I want it to be kind of Kylie Minogue-meets-Rihanna. I hope to tour with it and I hope to really promote it."

Mike Myers To Host MTV Music Awards

Austin Powers star Mike Myers will be the host the 2008 MTV Movie Awards, MTV has announced.

The Canadian funny-man will head the ceremonies cheeky prizes, which in the past have included best kiss and best fight. Nominees will be announced in May.

Myers, who rose to fame on Saturday Night Live, has created and played many famous comedy characters such as Doctor Evil and Wayne Campbell, of Wayne's World fame. To children, however, he is best known as the voice of the animated ogre Shrek.

Myers latest film, "The Love Guru", is due out later this year.

Lindsay Lohan Sued by Former Bodyguard

Lindsay Lohan has another problem. Her ex-bodyguard who claims she never paid him has hit her with a $55,000 lawsuit.

In papers filed Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court, David Kim claims he was hired by Lohan by "various oral and text messages" to provide personal security at a rate of $4,000 per week for 24-hour service - but was never paid.

The suit alleges that Kim accompanied Lohan, 21, to industry events, protected her from fans and paparazzi, paid gratuities to the staff and valets at venues where the actress partied out of his own pocket and was never reimbursed.

Kim claims he was contracted from Oct. 13, 2006, to March 10, 2007, and is owed more than $55,000 in unpaid wages alone. In addition, he says Lohan's driver caused nearly $1,500 worth of damage to Kim's personal car while making an illegal turn trying to get away from the paparazzi.

The lawsuit, which also names Lohan's company Crossheart Productions as a defendant, says the actress breached an oral contract with Kim and violated a host of labor codes.

Orlando Bloom Lands New Disney Animated Roll...

Orlando Bloom has been hired for another well-paid trilogy of movies.

The "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor has been tapped for the lead role in Disney's "Prince of Persia" in a deal worth a reported $40 million.

The 31-year-old British actor beat out Zac Efron and David K. Zandi.

The new films, produced by Jerry Bruckheimer and based on the video game, will be the third trilogy for Orlando Bloom, who also appeared in the "Lord of the Rings" movies.

Jessica Alba is having a girl, according to reports in People Magazine.

The 26-year-old fiancé of Cash Warren announced the upcoming birth of her first child with a private baby shower in Los Angeles on Sunday.

Over forty guests were invited to the party at the "Ever After Tea House" in Studio City; Alba announced to the group that she is having a girl. People Magazine also confirms the celebrity mom-to-be and star of "Sin City" and "Fantastic Four" received lots of pink gifts.
Jessica is registered at Bel Bambini, the same store where Christina Aguilera registered her tiny-tot gift list.

Alba had kept her pregnancy somewhat hush-hush and it was only after her belly started to pop that she publicly announced she was pregnant - she claimed she didn't know if it would be a boy or a girl. Now we know. According to Star Magazine the two have decided on the name Honor Warren.

After months of speculation and false rumors of a secret wedding in Europe, it reportedly has now happened. Beyonce and Jay-Z reportedly got married earlier Friday evening in a super private affair for close friends and family.

The event was followed by an affair at Jay-Z's Tribeca apartment in New York City.

People Magazine reports those in attendance included Tina, Matthew and Solange Knowles, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, and close friend Gwyneth Paltrow.

The couple had first applied for a marriage on Tuesday in Scarsdale, N.Y.

Jessica Simpson is reportedly feeling fine and was released from the hospital after she checked herself into Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles over the weekend presenting symptoms of a kidney infection.

The 27-year-old singer/actress was hospitalized for a "minor kidney infection" on Friday after coming down with a fever, said Simpson's representative.

"She had a minor kidney infection, She went in on Friday."
