Anne Heche And Coleman Laffoon Divorce – Heche Pays Price

Anne Heche and her five-year marriage to Coleman Laffoon is officially over, but not without having to pay out a little 'love' money.

A judge ruled that Heche must pay $275,000 to Laffoon, and monthly child-support payments for the needs and care of their 6-year-old son, Homer, according to court documents released last week.

Laffoon is also seeking joint custody of the couple's 5-year-old son, saying the actress is a bad mother.

His court filing asks for at least $33,000 in spousal support for himself and estimates that living expenses for himself and their son, who lives with him, total $37,399 a month. An accountant hired on Laffoon's behalf submitted a court paper offering a guideline of $45,239 for monthly spousal and child support.

Heche will also have to pay most of Homer's private school fees. The ex-couple agreed to divide the cost of any "agreed upon extracurricular activities" for their son.

Anne Heche and Laffoon, 34, were married Sept. 1, 2001. Laffoon filed for divorce on Feb. 2, citing irreconcilable differences. We can believe it.

Heche will next be seen in the sex comedy movie centered on a serial womanizer and his jilted lover in "Spread", starring Ashton Kutcher. The film is due in theaters in 2009.

Bachelor Jesse James Palmer Splits With Jessica Bowlin

Jesse James Palmer, the ex-football player, has separated from Jessica Bowlin the woman he hooked up with through the television reality show "The Bachelor" during season five.

That makes a 100% loss for the show, with not one of the couples staying together.

In a released statement Jesse said, "Jesse and I shared an incredible romantic journey on the show that began with a friendship that remains strong today. We simply realized that, individually, our next steps take us in different directions."

Jessica tells it this way, "With too much distance and too little time these were not ideal circumstances in which to start a relationship. Jesse is a great guy and has a wonderful family. Who knows what the future holds?"

Jesse said he would continue to focus on his football career while Jessica said she is concentrating on finishing law school.

Maybe "The Bachelor" sequel will be different…

Kate Hudson And Owen Wilson Are Separating

Hollywood darlings Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson have separated, according to People.

The break comes less than three months after the couple revived their relationship in Miami.

"It was a pretty bad breakup," a source close to Wilson told People. "Owen said it was a tough one. He definitely doesn't want to dwell on it. He wants to put it behind him."

The pair first began dating in September 2006.

The split comes on the news of apparently false information that the couple had actually gotten engaged. Kate had been spotted wearing a Tiffany & Co. ring on and off the set of her new film, "Bride Wars."

However, it was later revealed the ring was just a movie prop.
